Acute Lymphoid Leukemia-PB-CD19+ B cells are positively isolated from adult Acute Lymphoid Leukemia peripheral blood Mononuclear Cells, using a direct immunomagnetic CD19 MicroBead labeling system. Acute Lymphoid Leukemia-PB-CD19+ B cells are available in the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.
Medium Formulation:
B Cell Serum-Free Medium (P3901)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
