Products Description
Isolated from postnatal day 8 C57BL/6 mouse sciatic nerves. MSC are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. A seeding density of ≥10,000 cells/cm^2 is recommended.
Medium Formulation:
NRGM Neuroglial Cell Medium ( P3501)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
