Toledo Human Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma Cells

The cells were sampled from adult white people, and after high-dose chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation, the patient subsequently developed into lymphoma in the brain. Although the morphology of these cells is similar to that of Burkitt lymphoma, they lack the typical chromosome translocation of Burkitt lymphoma. The karyotype does show multiple chromosome aberrations. Cells do not express surface or cytoplasmic immunoglobulin. The cells were negative for epstein-barr virus, which is a model system for studying non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: non-programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum) (SD0001)
