Products Description
Canine Chondrocytes (CnC) are isolated from normal canine articular cartilage. They are cryopreserved at first passage and can be cultured and propagated at least 10 population doublings.
Medium Formulation:
Chondrocyte Culture Medium ChGM (P3801)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
