C57BL/6Intestinal fibroblasts from C57BL / 6 mice-

C57BL/6 Mouse Primary Small Intestinal Fibroblasts from Cell Biologics are isolated from small intestinal tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. C57BL/6 Mouse Primary Small Intestinal Fibroblasts are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in AcceGen's Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 1x106 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.

Medium Formulation:

Fibroblast Culture Medium FGCM (P6001)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
