C57BL/6Bone marrow monocytes of C57BL / 6 mice-

C57BL/6 Mouse Bone Marrow Monocytes are derived from the tibias of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice. Each vial contains 10 x10^6 cells and is delivered frozen. Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma. Cells can be used for desired experiments and can not be passaged. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.

Medium Formulation:

Serum-Free Cell Culture Medium PBMC (P1901)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
