Products Description
Mouse peritoneal macrophages (MPMAC) are derived from the thioglycollate-elicited peritoneal cavity of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice. MPMAC are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma.
Medium Formulation:
RPMI-1640 Complete Medium(MD0201)+10%FBS
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
