Products Description
C57BL/6 mouse dermal microvascular endothelial cells are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. C57BL/6 mouse dermal microvascular endothelial cells are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
Medium Formulation：
ECGM Endothelial Cell Culture Medium（P1001）
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freeze storage conditions: 5% DMSO+95% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
