C57BL/6Skin lymphatic endothelial cells of C57BL / 6 mice-

C57BL/6 Mouse Dermal Lymphatic Endothelial Cells are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. C57BL/6 Mouse Dermal Lymphatic Endothelial Cells are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 0.5 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freeze storage conditions: 5% DMSO+95% FBS (SD0200)
