Products Description
C57BL/6 Mouse Embryonic Cardiac Endothelial Cells from AcceGen are isolated from heart tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice at embryonic day 14.5-19. Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
Medium Formulation：
ECGM Endothelial Cell Culture Medium（P1001）
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freeze storage conditions: 5% DMSO+95% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
