Products Description
Mouse primary spleen cells (MPSPLCs) are isolated from tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice. MPSPLCs are mixed population of mouse spleen cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubated in Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days.
Medium Formulation:
RPMI-1640 Complete Culture Medium (MD0201)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
