BALB/c Mouse Alveolar Epithelial Cells

BALB/c Mice AcceGen Primary Alveolar Epithelial Cells Were Isolated From Tissues Of Non Pathogenic Experimental Mice. The Primary Alveolar Epithelial Cells Of Mice Grew For 0.5 Hour In T25 Tissue Culture Bottle Precoated With Gelatin Coating Solution, And Cultured In AcceGen Complete Growth Medium For 3-7 Days. The Cells Were Separated From The Culture Bottle And Immediately Frozen In The Vial. Each Bottle Shall Contain At Least 1x10 ^ 6 Cells Per Milliliter And Be Transported By Freezing. Primary Mouse Alveolar Epithelial Cells Can Be Used For Cell Adhesion And Migration. The Standard Biochemical Procedures For Epithelial Cell Culture Include RT-PCR, Western Blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence Staining Or Immunofluorescence Flow Cytometry Or Cell Derivatives Used To Produce The Required Research Applications. BALB/c Mouse Primary Alveolar Epithelial Cells From AcceGen Are Isolated From Tissue Of Pathogen-free Laboratory Mice.  Mouse Primary Alveolar Epithelial Cells Are Grown In T25 Tissue Culture Flasks Pre-coated With Gelatin-based Coating Solution For 0.5 Hour And Incubated In AcceGen' S Culture Complete Growth Medium For 3-7 Days.  Cells Are Detached From Flasks And Immediately Cryo-preserved In Vials.  Each Vial Contains At Least 1x10^6 Cells Per Ml And Is Delivered Frozen. Mouse Primary Alveolar Epithelial Cells Can Be Used In Assays Of Cell To Cell Adhesion And Migration.  Standard Biological Procedures Performed With Empirical Cell Cultures Include RT-PCR, Western Blotting, Opportunisation, Opportunistic Staying Or Opportunistic Flow Cytometry Or Generating Cell Derivatives For Desired Research Applications
