Primary Mouse Splenocytes (MPSPLCs) Were Isolated From The Tissues Of Pathogen Free Mice. MPSPLCs Are A Mixed Population Of Mouse Spleen Cells That Grow For 0.5 Hour In T75 Tissue Culture Bottle Coated With 0.2% Gelatin And Generally Grow In Complete Culture Medium For 3-7 Days. Mouse Primary Spleen Cells (MPSPLCs) Are Isolated From Tissue Of Pathogen-free Laboratory Mice.  MPSPLCs Are Mixed Population Of Mouse Sperm Cells Grow In T75 Tissue Culture Flakes Pre Loaded With 0.2% Gel For 0.5 Hour And Incubated In Culture Complete Growth Medium Generally For 3-7 Days
