Mouse Lung Fibroblasts Were Cultured In T75 Tissue Culture Bottle Coated With 0.2% Gelatin For 0.5 Hour, And Generally In The Full Growth Medium For 3-7 Days. Mouse Lung Fibroblasts Are Isolated From Tissue Of Pathogen-free Laboratory Mice.  Mouse Lung Fibers Are Growing In T75 Tissue Culture Flakes Pre Coated With 0.2% Gel For 0.5 Hour And Cultivated In Culture Complete Growth Medium Generally For 3-7 Days
