Primary Mouse Renal Epithelial Cells (MPKIDEpiCs) Were Isolated From Pathogen Free Tissues Of Experimental Mice. MPKIDEpiCs Were Grown In T75 Tissue Culture Bottle Coated With 0.2% Gelatin For 0.5 Hour, Generally In Complete Culture Medium For 3-7 Days. Mouse Primary Kidney Epithelial Cells (MPKIDEpiCs) Are Isolated From Tissue Of Pathogen-free Laboratory Mice.  MPKIDEPiCs Are Growing In T75 Tissue Culture Flakes Pre Seeded With 0.2% Gel For 0.5 Hour And Cultivated In Culture Complete Growth Medium Generally For 3-7 Days
