Primary Mouse Cardiomyocytes (MPCACs) Were Isolated From Tissues Of Non Pathogenic Experimental Mice. MPCACs Are A Mixed Population Of Mouse Cardiac Muscle Cells That Grow For 0.5 Hours In T75 Tissue Culture Bottle Precoated With 0.2% Gelatin, And Are Generally Cultured In Full Growth Medium For 3-7 Days. Mouse Primary Cardiac Cells (MPCACs) Are Isolated From Tissue Of Pathogen-free Laboratory Mice.  MPCACs Are Mixed Population Of Mouse Cardiac Cells Grow In T75 Tissue Culture Flakes Pre Loaded With 0.2% Gel For 0.5 Hour And Incubated In Culture Complete Growth Medium Generally For 3-7 Days
