Products Description
Background: Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC), Also Term Mesenchymal Stromal Cells, Are Multiple Cells That Can Vary Into A Variety Of Cell Types And Have The Capacity For Self Renewal MSC Have Been Shown To Differentiate In Vitro Or In Vivo Into Adipocytes, Chondrocytes, Osteoblasts, Myocytes, Neurons, Hepatocytes, And Pancreatic Islet Cells. Optimized AcceGen Media Are Available To Support Both The Growth Of MSC And Their Differentiation Into Several Different Lineages. Recent Experiments Suggest That Differentiation Capabilities Into Diverse Cell Types Vary Between MSC Of Different Origin.AcceGen HMSC Are Harvested From Normal Human Adipose Tissue, Bone Marrow, And Umbilical Cord Matrix (Wharton’s Jelly) Of Individual Donors. The Cells Are Tested For Their Ability To Differentiate In Vitro Into Adipocytes, Chondrocytes, And Osteoblasts. Our HMSC Show A Verified Marker Expression Profile That Compares With ISCT * Recommendations, Providing Well Characterized Cells. Mesenchymal Stem Cells Have Been Proved To Differentiate Into Adipocytes, Chondrocytes, Osteoblasts, Muscle Cells, Neurons, Hepatocytes And Islet Cells In Vitro Or In Vivo. The Optimized AcceGen Culture Medium Can Support The Growth And Differentiation Of MSCs Into Several Different Lineages. Recent Experiments Have Shown That The Ability Of Mesenchymal Stem Cells From Different Sources To Differentiate Into Different Types Of Cells Is Different. AcceGen HMSC Is Extracted From Normal Human Adipose Tissue, Bone Marrow And Umbilical Cord Matrix (Wharton S Jersey) Of Individual Donors. The Ability Of These Cells To Differentiate Into Adipocytes, Chondrocytes And Osteoblasts In Vitro Was Tested. Our HMSC Shows A Validated Marker Expression Profile, Which Conforms To ISCT * Recommendations And Provides Well Characterized Cells.
