Absence Of Mycoplasma Was Confirmed. IPS Cell Lines Are Generated Through A Non Genetic Reprogramming, Which Contains A Combination Of Comet Vectors, Including Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4, P53 Anti Sense And EBNA-1. Therefore, A Newborn Foreskin Fibroblast Was Reprogrammed Into IPSC. The Pluripotency Of The Cell Line Was Verified By Colony Morphology, Alkaline Phosphatase Expression And SSEA-4 Expression.
