Background: IPSC (induced Pluripotent Stem Cells) Reprogrammed From Human Skin Fibroblasts Of A Cytosis Patient. This IPS Cell Line Was Created Using A Normal Human Skin Fiber Last From A Male Patient Providing From Cytosis The IPS Cell Line Was Generated Using An Episomal Reprogramming Containing A Prprietary Mix Of Vectors, Containing Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4 Along With P53 Anti-sense, EBNA-1.The Cell Line Was Validated For Pluripotency Based On Colony Morphology, Alkaline Phosphatase Expression, And Expression Of SSEA-4.iPS Colonies Excellent Classic Morphology And Growth. Absence Of Mycoplasma Was Confirmed. The Cell Line Is Shipped On Dry Ice. This IPS Cell Line Was Created From Normal Skin Fibroblasts Of A Male Patient With Cystine Disease. IPS Cell Lines Are Generated Through A Non Genetic Reprogramming, Which Contains A Combination Of Comet Vectors, Including Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4, P53 Anti Sense And EBNA-1. The Pluripotency Of The Cell Line Was Verified By Colony Morphology, Alkaline Phosphatase Expression And SSEA-4 Expression. IPS Colony Showed Typical Morphology And Growth.
