Absence Of Mycoplasma Was Confirmed. The Cell Line Is Shipped On Dry Ice. This Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell Line Was Made From A Normal Human Skin Fibroblast Derived From A Skin Biopsy Of An Alzheimer's Patient. IPS Cell Lines Are Generated Through A Non Genetic Reprogramming, Which Contains A Combination Of Comet Vectors, Including Oct-4, Sox-2, Klf-4, P53 Anti Sense And EBNA-1.
