E006AA Is A Spontaneous Immortalized Cell Line Derived From Gleason 6 Localized Prostate Cancer In An African American Descendant. The Xenotransplantation Of This Cell Line Into Intact Or Castrated Male NOG-SCID Mice Also Grew Well, And Had No Tumorigenicity In Nude Mice. E006AA Should Be Used In Parallel With E006AA Ht For Early Modeling Of Prostate Cancer. Culture Medium: Keratinocyte SFM Supplied With Qualified Human Epithelial Growth Factor 1-53 (EGF 1-53), Bovine Epithelial Extract (BPE) And Glutamine)+2ng/ml Leukemia Invasive Factor, 2ng/ml Stem Cell Factor+100ng/ml Cholera Toxin+1ng/ml Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor. Culture And Freezing Mode: Split Sub Fluent Cultures (70-80%) 1:5 To 1:20 I.e.
