IG△DMR-H19△DMR-AGH mouse haploid embryonic stem cells

IG△DMR-H19△DMR-AGH (formerly known as O48): The dual deletion of H19-DMR and IG-DMR was created using Crispr-Cas9. Cells were transduced with Cas9 and SgRNA; screening and analysis confirmed that no Cas9 was integrated into the cellular genome.
