H19△DMR-IG△DMR-AGH mouse haploid embryonic stem cells

Using Crispr-Cas9 technology, mouse haploidentical embryonic stem cells were engineered to carry double gene deletion mutants of H19-DMR and IG-DMR. After transient transfection with Cas9 and SgRNA, screening and analysis confirmed that the genome of these cells did not integrate Cas9.
