HT Medium Additive (50×)

HT medium was used to screen additives and nutritional additives in hybridoma cells to overcome the inhibition effect of residual aminopterin on DNA classical synthesis pathway, containing hypoxanthine and thymidine nucleoside.

Storage: -20℃, away from light, valid for 1 year.

This product is 50× concentrated liquid, please dilute it according to your needs.

If this product precipitates after thawing at room temperature, it can be re-dissolved in 37℃ water bath, shake well before use.
