DMEM(low glucose） base medium

DMEM (Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium) is a widely used basal medium suitable for culturing a variety of mammalian cells, including HeLa, 293, Cos-7, and PC-12 cell lines, as well as primary fibroblasts. Neurons, glial cells, human umbilical cord vein endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, etc. Compared with MEM, DMEM contains four times the concentration of amino acids and vitamins.DMEM contains 4.5 g/L glucose (high sugar type) or 1 g/L (low sugar type).
