Tumor Stem Cell Microsphere Culture Medium - Serum-Free (TSCM - Serum Free) is a serum-free medium specifically designed for tumor stem cell microsphere culture. This serum-free medium contains no serum and is composed of stem cell growth-promoting recombinant proteins, vitamins, minerals, and other components. It incorporates small molecules such as AMP, BMP inhibitor, ROCK, and SMOC-2 to suppress heterologous cell growth while promoting tumor formation by tumor stem cells and malignant cell lines.
Note: 100ml bottles are prepared in whole bottles without kits.
