Products Description

SecurRIN ™ Advanced RNase Inhibitor is an advanced tool used to protect RNA from degradation during enzyme reaction, storage or extraction. It is a very stable and powerful enzyme: it can work at temperatures up to 60 ° C, and it is still active after exposure at room temperature and several freeze-thaw cycles. In the wide pH range of 5.5 - 9.0, and in the DTT concentration of 0.5 - 1 mM, it is active under different buffer conditions.

SecurRIN ™ Advanced RNase Inhibitor is a 50 kDa non-covalent inhibitor of RNase a, RNase B and RNase C, binding them in a ratio of 1 to 1. The recombinant protein was derived from Escherichia coli strain carrying human placental ribonuclease inhibitor gene.

SecurRIN ™ Advanced RNase Inhibitor does not inhibit RNase H, 1, T1, T2 and S1 nucleases. It does not affect the activities of DNA polymerase and reverse transcriptase, nor does it affect their performance. This enzyme does not contain dnase and ribonuclease.


SecurRIN ™ Advanced RNase inhibitor product description:

It is active in all common buffers used for RNA work

Acceptable pH range is 5.5 to 9.0

Stable at ambient temperatures up to 60 ° C

The best performance is the DTT concentration of 0.5 - 1mm

1 - 2 units of RNase inhibitors are usually sufficient to cope with 1 μ l of RNA response. The amount of enzyme depends on RNAse pollution

For 20 µ l standard cDNA synthesis reaction, µ l enzyme is recommended

Combine and inhibit RNAse A, RNAse B and RNAse C in 1:1 ratio

Do not inhibit RNAse H, RNAse 1, RNAse T1, RNAse T2

Definition unit:

One unit can inhibit 5 ng of RNAse A 50% (measure the hydrolysis of cytidine 2 ', 3' - cyclic monophosphate).
