Rat primary liver cells (RPLIC) are isolated from tissue of 1-day-old neonatal SpragueDawley rats. Rat primary liver cells are mixed population of mouse liver cells grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with 0.2% gelatin for 1 hour and incubate in Culture Complete Growth Medium.
