A9 Mouse Subcutaneous Connective Tissue Cells

A9 cell line was isolated from wild type cell line L. It is sensitive to HAT selective medium, and lacks adenosine phosphoribosylase and hypoxanthine phosphoribosylase, which are resistant to 8-azaguanine (0.003mg/ml) and 6-thioguanine (0.1mM). It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
