293-H [HEK 293-H]（Suspended）Human embryonic kidney cells

293-H [HEK 293-H] cells are a subclone derived from 293 cells and exhibit better adhesion in monolayer culture. It features fast growth, good adhesion, high transfection efficiency, and efficient protein expression, making it more suitable for empty spot assays and other adherence-dependent experiments. Suspension cultured 293-H cells can be used for large-scale cell culture and industrialized bioreactors, and are therefore widely used for the expression purification of recombinant proteins, tetracycline-induced cell protein expression, and structural biology research.
