LIM1215 Human colorectal cancer cells

LIM1215 is a human colorectal cancer cell line derived from biopsy samples of the retinal color, with the primary lesion located in the ascending colon. The patient is a 34-year-old white male with a family history of colorectal cancer. It was reported that the TGFBR2 gene mutation (C383delA) was found in this cell. This is a type of colon cancer cell from patients with hereditary non-polyp colorectal cancer (HPNCC), expressing mutated beta-catenin, secreting TGF-a, and responding to TGF-a and EGF.

Morphology:epithelial, growing adherently; Loosely attached to the wall, may appear island-like when growing.

 human recombinant insulin( SD0020)to achieve a final concentration of 0.6 μg/ml

Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37℃.
