Human embryonic stem cells HN4

Human embryonic stem cells HN4 are using a fully mechanical method to establish the system. Tests showed that these cells expressed embryonic stem cell marker molecules Oct-4, Nanog, SSEA-3, etc., had normal karyotype (2n=46), and could form teratomas. It is P24 generation. The feeding layer used for cultivation is CF-1 MEF .
