STEMCult ™ ES cell culture medium without feeder layer, from basic, KOSR-SerumReplacer ™ It is composed of IPS cell growth factor. The medium contains a variety of small molecular inhibitors such as ROCK, VPA, BMP4, etc. The growth factor is added with lif, FGF, etc., to obtain more consistent ES cell culture and growth with homogeneous and undifferentiated phenotype.
