Products Description
Human embryonic stem cells H9, formerly known as WA09.
This cell was established in 1998 by Professor James Thomson's team at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Thomson's team was the first to successfully isolate and establish a human embryonic stem cell line. H9 was one of several core cell lines developed later, along with other well-known human embryonic stem cell lines including H1 and H7 .
Each cell can be revived to one T25 culture flask, and after 7 to 10 days, 30 to 40 clones will form. Currently, the generation is around P36. The feeding layer is CF-1 MEF.
