Rat pulmonary artery fibroblasts
No.:CD6174
Price: ¥2800.00
Products Description
Lung fibroblasts are the most abundant cell type in the pulmonary interstitium. These fibroblasts are similar to ordinary cells, but also have unique characteristics, such as long pseudopods and intercellular gap connections.
The main function of lung fibroblasts is to secrete type III collagen, elastin, and proteoglycans in the alveolar septal matrix. They also play an important role in repairing and reconstructing lung damage. After lung injury, a certain degree of fibroblast accumulation at the inflammatory site is a key step in lung recovery. Excessive or insufficient fibroblast accumulation can lead to abnormal lung function. Rat pulmonary artery fibroblasts are derived from rat pulmonary arteries. After immunofluorescence identification, using fibroblast culture medium (Qida article No.: P6001) cells can maintain a 10-fold increase or more.
