Products Description
Human bladder transitional cell carcinoma cell T24 was derived from an 81-year-old white woman. The white blood cells and serum of the patient with transitional cell carcinoma are cytotoxic to T24 cells and related cell lines. The doubling time of this cell is 19 hours, and it contains oncogene ras (H-ras). This cell is a drug resistant cell line, drug resistance index: 1ug/ml, providing drug resistance test report.

Morphology: epithelial-like, adherent growth
Medium Formulation:
90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)+1ug/ml DDP
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
