BV-2 Mouse Microglia

It is derived from C57BL/6 mouse microglial cells, expressing nuclear v-myc and chromosome v-raf oncogenes, and expressing envgp70 antigen on the surface. It has the characteristics of phagocyte in morphology, phenotype and function. It was put into storage after identification without mycoplasma.

Medium Formulation:

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

Complete medium: DMEM complete medium (MD0101)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
