Rat lung fibroblasts-

The most abundant cell type in lung interstitium is fibroblasts. They resemble ordinary fibroblasts but have some distinguishing features, for example, they have long branching processes and gap junctions.

Medium formula: 

Fibroblast basic medium (P6000) : 500ml, Cell growth factor FGCS(P6002):5ml, Fetal bovine Serum FBS (SD0200) : 10ml, G/A(SD0038) : 5ml 

Complete medium:

FGCM Fibroblast Medium（P6001）

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
