Rat peritoneal macrophages (fresh cells in suspension)-

Rat peritoneal macrophages (RPMAC) are derived from the peritoneal cavity of SpragueDawley rats. RPMAC are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma.

Medium Formulation:

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)+Macrophage Growth Additive 

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
