Products Description
mBMECs were isolated from E18 embryonic brain cortex microvessels of Balb/C mouse and transformed by transfected with SV40 middle T-antigen. GFP-mBMECs were selected puromycin resistant mBMECs from GFP-expressing lentiviral particle. The cells are shipped in frozen vials(the cells are provided @ passage 6) transfected mAECs. The cells are shipped in proliferating culture with >90 confluence (the cells are provided @ passage 4-6). DMEM containing 20% FBS is recommended for cell culture.
Medium Formulation:
90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
