Medium formula: 

Fibroblast basic medium (P6000) : 500ml, Cell growth factor FGCS(P6002):5ml, Fetal bovine Serum FBS (SD0200) : 10ml, G/A(SD0038) : 5ml 

Complete medium: FGCM Fibroblast Medium（P6001）

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
