Medium Formula: 

Basic medium: 500ml (P3100), cell growth factor (NCGS) 5ml (P3102), fetal calf serum: 50ml (SD0200), G/A: 5ml (SD0038) 

Complete medium: NCM Neutrophil Medium（P3101）

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
