Products Description
The HUSMC cultures are produced on the base of human tissues. The HUSMC are isolated according to known procedures. Then primary cultures are produced. After further culturing, the HUSMC are frozen in a computer controlled freezing.
Medium Formulation:
Smooth muscle cell culture medium SMGCM (P3001)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37℃.
Freeze storage conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
