Products Description
Glutaraldehyde stabilized red blood cells are produced from freshly washed goat RBCs by brief exposure to a glutaraldehyde-buffer solution and exhaustive washing in saline. This treatment largely preserves the native antigenicity of the erythrocytes.
Medium Formulation:
NCM Neutrophil Culture Medium ( P3101)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
