Products Description
The neutrophil culture medium (NCM) contains growth factors, hormones, vitamins, amino acids, etc. necessary for the expansion of neutrophils. It is optimized from the differentiation of primary neutrophils and various cell lines such as HL-60. This medium is of a low serum formula, with a serum content of 5%, and is suitable for mammalian cells. It is used for the maintenance culture of neutrophils induced by cell lines, and can maintain the culture for about 3-5 days.
Medium Formula:
Basic medium: 500ml (P3100), cell growth factor (NCGS) 5ml (P3102), fetal calf serum: 25ml (SD0200), G/A: 5ml (SD0038)
