Products Description
Feline Osteoblasts (FOb) are isolated from feline bone and are cryopreserved at second passage. FOb can be passaged at least 10 population doublings. The feline model provides a system for the study of bone-remodeling agents.
Medium Formulation:
90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
