Products Description
Chicken Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells (CAOSMC) are primary cells derived from fibrous-plaque-free thoracic aorta of adult chicken. They are cryopreserved at second passage and can be propagated at least 12 population doublings.
Medium Formulation:
Smooth muscle cell culture medium SMGCM (P3001)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37℃.
Freeze storage conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
