Products Description
The development of the cerebellum involves a set of coordinated cell movements and two separate proliferation zones: the ventricular zone and the external granule cell layer (EGL), a rhombic-lip-derived progenitor pool.
Medium Formulation:
90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+2%B-27（SD0011）+25mM KCl+1%P/S （SD0005）
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
