Products Description
Mouse bone marrow neutrophils (MBMNEUCs) are derived from the tibias and femurs of pathogen-free laboratory adult mice. MBMNEUCs are immediately cryo-preserved after isolation. Each vial contains at least 10 x10^6 cells and is delivered frozen.
Medium Formulation:
NCM Neutrophil Culture Medium ( P3101)
Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.
Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)
Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum) (SD0001)
