Smooth muscle cells of bovine pulmonary artery-

Bovine large artery smooth muscle cells are derived from tunica intima and tunica media of healthy, fibrous, plaque-free bovine large arteries. They are cryopreserved at second passage and can be cultured and propagated at least 16 population doublings.

Medium Formulation:

90% DMEM (MD0100)+10% fetal bovine serum (SD0200)+G/A (SD0038)

DMEM complete medium (MD0120)

Gas phase: air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%. Temperature: 37 ℃.

Freezing conditions: basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS (SD0200)

Complete cryopreservation solution: No Programmed Cryopreservation Cells Solution (low Serum)(SD0001)
